Cancellation Policy

We understand you're busy and things come up.

Significant time and calculation go into preparing for an astrological chart reading or energy session, but we only ask that you "show up" for yourself and honor the time and effort allotted to you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your consultation, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance of the consultation time at [email protected] or [email protected].

We will arrange a full refund or reschedule you as soon as possible. Rescheduling a session within 48 hours is allowed once. Rescheduling or canceling is available to you up to 48 hours in advance through the original booking email sent to you of your appointment confirmation. We will always try to accommodate and be amenable but the schedule and rhythm of other readings with other clients may make that impossible. We reserve the right to cancel any "no-shows" to readings— defined as being more than 20 minutes late or unreachable for 20 minutes after their scheduled time. All sales are final 48 hours prior to the session. All sales are final for sessions performed. If you have questions or concerns in advance of the reading, we are more than happy to field those via email. Please be kind to yourself, take care, and do give us advance notice!

Scheduling Policy
In order to secure a session on the calendar, payment must be secured via Stripe link or through the calendar scheduling system on our site. You are able to cancel your appointment and receive a full refund up until 48 hours before your session.

We are here to ensure that you get the soonest available time that works for you. We are able to hold a tentative slot for 36 hours to provide you time to check your schedule, confirm, and make payment. Because we are often assisting many different clients across multiple time zones all over the world, it is not fair to others to hold a tentative time slot for more than 36 hours.
